Training courses are tailored to the needs of the client Company and aim to train Company’s personnel both in terms of the certification of the Management Systems and in view of a real benefit in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of the Organization.

The involvement and training of personnel, as well as being one of the requisites required by the international standards of reference for Business Management Systems, is an element of fundamental importance for the Company’s strategies to be truly shared at all levels of the Organization. We could say that the effectiveness of a Company Management System is directly proportional to the motivation and determination of the involved personnel to follow its directives.

For this reason, staff training is a critical factor for the success of the reengineering intervention related to a company management system.

The training method generally used by NeM consultants is based on four phases, through which the trainee:

  • acquires awareness of the topics that will be covered, the motivations and the goals of their learning
  • learns concepts and knowledge to achieve / improve the skills required
  • verifies the level of learning of these notions and knowledge
  • uses what has been learned in the operational practice (verification of the effectiveness of the training intervention)
